My family and I just stayed at your superb camping facilities and had quite a day. My personal favorite was the petting zoo. Oh my bod - the petting zoo. Where do I even begin? The 7-8 goats were possibly the nicest goats I have and will ever befriend. Especially the giant black one with giant droopy ears that, if far away, kinda looked like he was a strange labrador who had somehow found his way into the goat closure. Much to my surprise, he ended up being a rather swell guy, and quite a character. Oh the joy and the delight of those goats who would stick their noses out the fence to attempt to taste my camera. (Photographs arriving tonight!) I was hesitant towards the goat field at first, especially since the last encounter I had with a goat was when I was maybe 5 (ohhh the blonde years...) and it nearly took my hand off. But what a change of opinion after meeting Sherman, herman, LaRue, Cosmo, Ronald, Glockenspiel, and and of course Baahhb. Thanks for the journey to forgiveness, guys---and a journey indeed.
Not only were your goats remarkable for petting and patting services but as were your horses, various exotic birds, and rabbits, although not all were for petting. Im not sure why you would have horses, as there was no stable or barn around, but man were they pretty and pettable. Loved the blue-eyed one. He was bootiful.
There were peacocks. PEACOCKS. for a town I had never heard of and a state that I sometimes forget exists, you had two magnificent peacocks on your property, feathers and all. Bravo. Loved your ducks with the fuzzy heads that looked like they were wearing powdered wigs. Joe called him Mozart. The bunny pens were cute but I wish I was allowed to hold one...?
All in all, this petting zoo was like no other. Why stay in a holiday inn hotel when you can sleep in a glorious RV and wake up to pet the goats? Can't wait to see what other crazy curve balls this trip throws at us next - hopefully not like joes favorite waluigi star pitch on Mario super sluggers! I mean, come on!
You rented an expensive RV and drove all day and night to see peacocks and pet goats. Ur all nuts.
ReplyDeleteI agree with "Bill" and I hope he's in another time zone, and not following you kooks at 4AM.
